A tasting that will transport you across the different regions of france that Gaston represents. We open the bottles together, hear a little about the story behind the wine but most important of all we taste together and share our thoughts and experiences.
You should count for at least 1,5 hours for the tasting, however you set the tempo. Included in the tasting are appetizers, french style snacks, bread, cheese, charcuterie, chocolat... not a full meal but enough to keep you palet motivated during the tasting.
