Shipping policy

We know that when you order a great bottle of wine, you want to enjoy it as soon as possible. Because we are local to Aarhus, we offer a more personal delivery experience than the big national shippers, read below.

📦 National Shipping (Denmark)

We provide free shipping, to all danish adresses (with exception of some islands), for all purchases over 750 kr. Orders usually takes 2-5 days. The delivery will be sent to nearest pickup point with the chosen carrier at checkout. A tracking code will be provided. You can select home shipment for an extra charge calculated at check out.

We ship via GLS to all of Denmark. Orders are packed in specialized protective "safe-travel" packaging to ensure your artisan wines arrive in perfect condition.

Delivery Time: 1–3 business days.

We currently do not deliver outside of Denmark yet.

📍 Free In-Store Pickup in Aarhus.

Ready in: 2 hours.

How it works: Order online and select "Pick up" at checkout. We’ll have your bottles chilled and ready at our micro-bar in central Aarhus.

Bonus: Enjoy a complimentary "taster pour" of our weekly open bottle when you come to collect!

📍 Free Pickup in Malling.

Timing: Orders placed by Thursday 14:00 are ready for Friday afternoon—perfect for your weekend aperitif.

How it works: Order online and select "Pick up Malling" at checkout. Will have your orders ready for pick in Malling after 16:00.

🚚 Gaston’s Friday Local Drop-off

Area: All addresses within Aarhus C, N, V, and S (Postcodes 8000, 8200, 8210, 8260, 8270).

Price: Flat rate 49,- DKK (Free for orders over 600,- DKK).

Timing: Orders placed by Thursday 18:00 are delivered every Friday afternoon—perfect for your weekend aperitif.
