Our loaf is cold fermented a minimum of 24 hour, crafted with Rouge de Bordeaux Quartz Mølle flour. Ingredients: flour, water, salt and a master levain that is just shy of a decade old.

The Bun ais  lovely handy piece of bread made from the same dough as the Loaf. Tasty and perfect for breakfast or a lunch sandwich.
